If you use Google Maps on your BlackBerry, there is some good news for you, Google has updated its Maps offering to Google Maps 4.0 on the BlackBerry. The latest offering has Google Buzz and also another cool feature which allows you to search for places of interest without typing anything.
As of now, the supported languages for this release are English and Mandarin Chinese.
Google Buzz, Google’s latest attempt at Social Network will also be available to Google Maps in the form of a layer on the map. Apart from these interesting features, Google has also worked on to bring personalized search suggestions, ability to synchronize starred items, and Google Labs to the latest Google Maps 4.0 for the BlackBerry.
In order to get the latest version of Google Maps on your BlackBerry device, navigate to m.google.com/maps on your BlackBerry Smartphone.
