For those of you who work on a smaller screen computer (particularly netbooks), having more real-estate to read your emails becomes critical to productivity. In the recent past, Yahoo Mail been working on adding new features to the product and one such latest feature allows you to hide the ads temporarily from your Yahoo Mail account.
Yahoo Mail has now added a new button just to the left of the advertisement in the New Yahoo Mail . Once you click on that button, the ad will be hidden temporarily while you can read the email on a larger real-estate.

This is a handy tool, especially if you are using a computer with a smaller screen resolution like a small laptop or netbook. While it doesn’t permanently remove ads, it will give you more space while you read an email.
